New Userpage, henceforth!

Just noticed all the changes to your userpage. Well done! Looks amazing! Really gets to the point on everything. I would add redircet pages to the talk pages of all your subpages, i think i need to say pages on more time - pages, becuase it can get confusing and stuff when you're wanting to talk on one of them.
Anyways. Here's a Random act of kindness for your troubles C=

A word of advice

Glad you could figure it out, just a word of advice... Sometimes users will subst (that means substitute) a template. In such a case, the content of the template would be directly applied to the user's page at the time of substing. So, say a user substed that template in June. It would still retain the old link. RE: Userboxes

Cheers, yeah i only made the one so far, I put it up on the UBX list of them, see User:UBX/Music/New Rave for the one i made on Hadouken!'s supposed genre. And for more on that genre, listen to "Atlantis to Interzone" by Klaxons. Possibly my most favourite song in the world. --SteelersFan UK06 16:31, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

how the hell can you have made 500 edits in three days?? --SteelersFan UK06 17:16, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:200px-Nod logo.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:200px-Nod logo.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. FastLizard4 (TalkLinksSign) 00:39, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Actually, dosen't have a complete Fair User Rationale. See WP:FURG.

--FastLizard4 (TalkLinksSign) 00:43, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Still not a complete fair use rationale. Please read WP:FURG carefuly before rewriting the fair use rationale.

WARNING! COPYRIGHT LAW VIOLATION!

I recently removed images from several of your userboxes because they violated United States Copyright Law. Under Wikipedia Fair Use/Fair Use Rational Guidelines, copyrighted images may not be used in the user namespace. For details, see here. To check if an image is copyrighted, click the image. Read the licensing information carefully. If the image is copyrighted or fair use, you may not use the image in the usernamespace. On the other hand, if the image is released under a free license such as Creative Commons, GFDL, or Public Domain, you may use it in the user namespace.

Orphaned non-free image (Image:200px-Nod logo.JPG)

⚠

Thanks for uploading Image:200px-Nod logo.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. FastLizard4 (TalkLinksSign) 01:16, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

I'll write the rationale for you. I was tired earlier, now I am feeling cheery. However, there still is the problem that the image is orphaned. All you need to do is put it in an article, and that problem is solved.
--FastLizard4 (TalkLinksSign) 01:57, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

OK. I have solved the rationale problem. However, it is still orphaned. You should place it in the article Brotherhood of Nod as that is what is linked to in the rationale. However, if it is going to be placed in other articles, you should change/add rationales following my example to the page. Remember, if you don't plan to use it in Brotherhood of Nod, you must change the rationale to reflect that. Also, copyrighted images can only be used in articles (mainspace), but not in any other namespace, such as User: or Wikipedia:. Also, if the picture isn't used in an article in a little while, a bot will probably come along and tag the image for deletion.

Reporting vandals

Hi Cabe! Thanks for fighting vandalism. In future, please report vandalism to WP:AIV, and inappropriate usernames to WP:UAA. We do this to keep these 2 facets separate. Thanks, and happy editing. ~ Riana 15:26, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Something wrong?

May I know, other than the following new users, why did you post the "Welcome" message on my User page ?

--Conduk 16:22, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

he did that because you are new to wikipedia and to help new users with editing--Blue-Eyes Gold Dragon 17:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Exactly, I just happened to post a number on the User pages rather than the User Talk pages by accident >_< wasn't paying enough attention!

If you are the photographer then yes you've filled in the image upload form correctly. Good job! Keep on editing Wikipedia! Remember to sign your posts on other users talk pages by typing ~~~~ after your post. Cabe6403 (TalkPlease Sign my guest book!) 20:02, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Halifax edit

Hi did you undo the edit I did to Halifax college? I wasn't sabotaging it, I was removing a piece of personally offensive vandalism that somebody else posted about me! Sorry if this caused problems, I was just trying to prevent it staying up there.

Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.76.20.182 (talk) 22:33, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

As Far as I could see at the time the page was vandalised, you must have removed it after I looked but before I reverted it. I look in again after and saw my edit had been undone so I redid it. Sorry about that!
Cabe6403 (TalkPlease Sign my guest book!) 22:39, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi, it seems that the page keeps reverting back to the one with the vandalism in it, is there any way of getting rid of it?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.76.20.182 (talk) 10:01, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Oh, it seems ok now! Sorry about that :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.76.20.182 (talk) 10:05, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
