New Zealand cricket team against Pakistan in the UAE in 2014–15[edit]

Hi. PLease don't add the total number of runs/wickets into the infobox while a series is in play. Via a previous consensus with the Cricket Project, this info is added after the series has ended. Any questions, please raise them here. Thanks. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 19:03, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

2016–17 McDonald's Super Smash[edit]

If you're going to add data to this page, at least get the names correct (IE link to the right person) and add some kind of sourcing. Continuing to add the mess you keep adding is disruptive and can lead you to being blocked. Thanks. Lugnuts Precious bodily fluids 07:51, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

2022 Bunnings NPC[edit]

Hi @CYBSSY:, thank you for your work on the 2022 Bunnings NPC article. I have not looked at the entire article, yet, but I've noticed that you have included all potential Ranfurly Shield games for 2022 at the bottom of the page. This is not consistent with the articles on previous NPC/Mitre 10 Cup seasons, which only include the planned pre-season challenges from provinces that play in the Heartland Championship in the 'Ranfurly Shield' section of the article. Furthermore, all Ranfurly Shield games against NPC provinces are already in the weekly lists in the 'Regular season' section of the article. On top of that, all Ranfurly Shield games are also listed in the Ranfurly Shield 2020–2029 article, where games are added as the season progresses (so not in advance).

Apart from it being inconsistent and redundant, there is also a very practical reason for not listing the Ranfurly Shield games against NPC teams at the bottom page: the current holder of the Shield may lose it during the season and then all following Ranfurly Shield matches will change. As a consequence, the list at the bottom of the page would have to be changed, too. Imagine the work if the Shield changes hands mulitple times!

The 'Format' section of the article needs a bit more work. If I can find the time, I'll have a look at it later in the week. In any case, a proper reference to the Competition Regulations Handbook 2022 will have to be added. Ruggalicious (talk) 12:33, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi User:CYBSSY, I picked up this article from the WP:RU new articles list - I agree with the comment above re the Format section, but also noted that the bulk of the section was a straight copy from here [1] - that's a WP:COPYVIO, you can't copy that much text directly from a source, you at least need to paraphrase it but preferably re-write it in your own words. I've done a bit with it, but it still requires more work.--Bcp67 (talk) 10:03, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
