Re: Maps of Eritrea[edit]

Hi,

I was about to upload my maps to the commons, but found that there were already Eritrea region maps similar to mine under the category Maps of Eritrea. Take a look at them and if you would still like to use mine, contact me again and I will be glad to upload them for you. Thanks. --Acntx 11:44, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Template:User Translation[edit]

A tag has been placed on Template:User Translation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>transclusionless</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 19:33, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

June 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Ange Édouard Poungui has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. August 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to List of islands named after calendar entries may have broken the syntax by modifying 4 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
 • * Sunday Island (Victoria, Australia]])
 • * Sunday Island (Exmouth Gulf, Australia]])

Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 13:34, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
