@Jonhenly: If you're referring to this edit on the Lil Jon wiki page, changing Lil Jon's birthplace to Vatican City without providing sources seemed incorrect. Remember content guidelines on no original research. Bordwall(^talk⁄_ctrb) 04:44, 1 June 2015 (UTC)

That statement clearly contradicts the sources currently cited on the page. If you have some alternative source that should be considered please cite it, or offer it for discussion on the article's talk page. If you don't, this doesn't seem very productive. Hello Bordwall. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know, however, that you shouldn't tag pages moments after they are created, as you did at The Safavids. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Tagging such pages in a very short space of time may drive away well-meaning contributors, which is not good for Wikipedia. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. Please note that a 10 minute period is generally considered acceptable before tagging a page for deletion, especially for newcomers who may be overwhelmed or otherwise frustrated when their article is tagged within a couple minutes. --Non-Dropframe _talk 21:41, 1 June 2015 (UTC)

Hi Bordwall, I seem to have overlooked the notice I received of the page deletion nomination for High Sabbath Adventists last week. I was a bit surprised at the deletion notice I received yesterday. At this point, although we are an international body of believers, we are not in any press articles that I have come across, which I understand is a criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia. We are growing, though, and when we meet this criteria, I would like to be able to replace the article. Would it be possible to have a copy of the deleted article transferred to my user space, so I can reference it for improvement when that time comes? I looked through the deletion documentation, but I was confused about how to request this. Could you direct me? Thank you. Ray Dickinson (talk) 14:32, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

@-ray-: You can find help regarding user pages on this page. You could simply copy the content from the page as it exists into a new userspace page. Notability can be a difficult bar to meet, even for somewhat large organizations. In the future, if you believe the organization has reached the appropriate level of significant, independent coverage, you should perhaps consider beginning as a draft, so that other editors can respond to potential problems before the article goes live. I have created a userspace page at user:-ray-/High_Sabbath_Adventists, but I cannot access the deleted article because I am not an administrator (as per this info page). How can I request that move? @-ray-: I didn't realize the page had already been deleted. As it has, my understanding is that it isn't possible to recover the page as a standard user unless you can find a mirror somewhere else online.
