January 2014[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Bluestarstudios", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because contains "studios" in the username. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. Please consider changing your username as the word "studios" indicate the account is being shared by people in a studio (i.e. a role account) and per our username policy shared accounts are prohibited. You're still welcome to edit Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/David Bawiec under a different username. And please don't stress yourself out if that article doesn't get published, many things here don't. TeleComNasSprVen (talkcontribs) 03:22, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

My user name might have studios in the name, but in fact is owned and used only by myself. One person. If the name is still an issue please let me know and I will change if need be.--Bluestarstudios (talk) 04:19, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Username Policy[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

Request reason:

This is a nickname I use on most of my online accounts. Makes sense to change my account name to this. (Although the account was never used by anybody else than me and was not associated with a studio) Bluestarstudios (talk) 01:53, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
