Hello Bethany Robertson. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Hello CUPIDICAE💕. I am not getting paid for the edits I am making. I do work for the company that I am trying to make this page for, but they are not paying me directly or indirectly for the creation of the article. I also am not getting paid for any other edits I am making. Please help me understand why the pages are getting tagged for deletion. I do not understand. I have spent many hours finding sources, and writing the articles based on those sources. I have written everything based on reliable sources that I could find. If I need to make a discoluser on my page for my employement status, please let me know. I was not aware of this policy. Please help, I do not understand. At the time of the blocking, I did not understand the policies surrounding spam/advertising. I have since re-reviewed those policies to understand them, and I now understand where I went wrong. I did not intend to violate Wikipedia's policies around spam/advertising; I genuinely thought I was doing good in contributing to Wikipedia. I did not realize that I was required to disclose my employment to Wikipedia, and that I would not be allowed to edit pages related to my work if I was not getting paid. I promise that I will not make any more edits or create any more articles related to my place of work. This was something that I did independently, outside of the company, thinking that it would be a nice, positive thing to do. I did not realize that, in creating the pages I was creating, and in editing the pages I was editing, that I was violating Wikipedia's policies. I did not intend to do so, and I apologize for making such violations. Please know that I am new to Wikipedia. I misunderstood the policies, and I apologize for this misunderstanding. I did not understand why my pages were not getting accepted. I tried to edit them based on what I could see was wrong with them. When the deletion for International Digital Fashion Week was proposed, I thought it was because I hadn't cited enough sources, and that some of the language was incorrect. I made changes accordingly and was surprised when my page was still marked for deletion and deleted. I went over my article again, tried to edit it and add more sources, thinking that this would improve the article and keep it from being spam/advertising. When it was marked again as Spam/Advertising, I was very surprised. I had thought I had done everything right, and that my article was good for Wikipedia. When my account was blocked from editing, I was equally surprised. I did not realize that I was violating Wikipedia's policies; I thought I was doing good. I have since taken the time to review Wikipedia's policies and guidelines and the reason why I was blocked, and I see where I went wrong. I realize now that I should not be writing about IDFW, since I work for them. Even though I was acting independently from the company and was not getting paid for my contributions, I see where this would violate Wikipedia's policies; I would inherently have bias due to my working status, and this would disrupt the integrity of the article. I did not understand this before, but I do now. I would like to disclose my employment status on my user page, as was recommended by an admin. I also promise that I will not ever again edit anything or create any articles related to my place of work. Instead, I would love to contribute to Wikipedia by proposing edits on other pages or proposing the creation of a page. I will not make direct edits or create new articles any longer. I would instead, like to propose edits, so that I do not unintentionally cause harm. I did not intend to violate any policies or do any harm to Wikipedia. As you know, you created International Digital Fashion Week. It was tagged for deletion per WP:G11. Marie, whose account was created on February 13, removed the tag. After the tag was restored, Marie removed it a second time. Those were the only two edits Marie has made to date. It's hard to believe that she isn't either an account you created, a sock puppet, or a meat puppet who is also affiliated with your company.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:20, 20 February 2022 (UTC)

I should add that you attempted to remove the speedy tag several times but were disallowed by edit filters. I think it's very hard to argue that you didn't know that what you were doing was a violation of policy.
