You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you create an inappropriate page. The same applies if you collaborate with one or more other people who make such inappropriate creations. Wikipedia works by collaboration and consensus, not by individual editors stubbornly persisting with doing what they want, irrespective of what other editors think.
