If you are indeed connected with the firm, or with the subject of the article, please see WP:COI and WP:AUTO for Wikipedia guidelines on autobiographical entries and conflict of interest, and WP:NPOV on maintaining a neutral point of view. The best way for interested parties to make substantial changes to biographies is to post your suggestions to the article's Talk page and let other editors make the changes, as explained here.
