I know you are a good admin . But he is eligible notability. He is Singer of Afghan. I think you know bette me as a admin Afghan war area . This area don’t available more media newspaper. How make he is Wikipedia? If you say any office he visits for he is Wikipedia. He interested for his Wikipedia. If don’t make relative who is wiki afghan area ?

If there is no media coverage, then we have no barometer to really tell if he is notable. There's no media coverage, there's no national chart. I respect you as an admin. I mean, he's a popular singer of Afghanistan.he has many news stories, such as persian language bbc news available.so why delete this person Wikipedia.
