I put the banner on your User page. It is~~n't exactly~~ the right one, but you need something like it. Try patrolling other user pages and find it. Re your message: You can edit your user page as you see fit. Some editors have very elaborate user pages. Some have none at all. Some have very simple ones. It doesn't really matter what kind of user page you have. What is more important your contributions to other areas of Wikipedia.
