This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of George Young (1777-1848), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://creation.com/george-young-17771848. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 21:52, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

did know that web page existed. I was making the page and then expecting to do extensive editing and adding more referenced material anyway. AshforkAZ (talk) 22:41, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm afraid that you can't do it that way. Corensearchbot is a bot and couldn't reply, so as someone who deals quite a bit with copyvio I thought I'd point this out. You also need to be careful to make sure that you don't just change a few words, as that is what we call close paraphrase and isn't really acceptable either. The usual advice is to read it, then shut the book, web page, etc and write it in your own language. You may also note that I've reverted your edit on Terence Mortenson, partially because I can't find any source for it (see WP:VERIFY]] and because you made statements such as "what their educations truly were" that would need third party reliable sources. Have you read WP:RS? Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 16:56, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

October 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page Fallacy of quoting out of context has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. –CWenger (talk) 02:11, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not constructive? What do you mean? I thought the edit summary I gave was spot on. where was it wrong? AshforkAZ (talk) 02:21, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'd like some kind of explanation, otherwise this smacks of authoritarian editorializing. AshforkAZ (talk) 23:06, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

deletions of your stuff[edit]

Please email me privately if you want an off-wiki explanation for what is going on with the deletions of your valid contributions, thanks Peter morrell 20:24, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that there is a paranoia and concerted effort to censor anything that even appears to weaken Evolution, whether it does or not. I don't have my email activated on WP. AshforkAZ (talk) 20:35, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you avoid conspiracy theories and read WP:AGF --Snowded TALK 21:00, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
When it comes to the Creationism/Naturalism debate there is no such thing as AGF. AshforkAZ (talk) 05:04, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is a personal attack and a bad faith accusation on Hrafn (talk · contribs). The only bias are the ones that aren't supported by reliable sources. OrangeMarlin Talk• Contributions 18:20, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio[edit]

Just a note for any editors that come here, after my post above I've found more copyvio from this editor. Dougweller (talk) 08:26, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
