A tag has been placed on Vikram Prabhu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Aasal[edit]

Hey Asalajith,

you can't write an article like this. It has to be neutral all the time, this is an encyclopedia, you are editing here as if it was Ajith's fan site. Don't do that! Revert all you edits or I'll do it myself, report and lock the site!!! Johannes003 (talk) 14:50, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I see you are a diehard Ajith fan and are trying to promote your favorite star as much as possible, but just imagine what would happen if everyone would this for his idol. This would end in a chaos. For a "correctly" written article, see articles like Dasavathaaram, Sarvam or Aayirathil Oruvan. Please try to understand and to follow these examples. Thanks! Johannes003 (talk) 14:56, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You don't seem to understand it. That Aasal soundtrack page consists only of a review, that too written by an Ajith fan. How can an encyclopedic article be based purely on a biased review?? Don't try to recreate such a meaningless articleagain or I'll take some action against you that you will not like!!!! Johannes003 (talk) 12:44, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to Aasal (soundtrack) has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Johannes003 (talk) 16:42, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Aasal308.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Aasal308.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 01:57, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Aasal. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Johannes003 (talk) 13:28, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Samantha[edit]

Hi, thanks for your edits. However, when Samantha tweeted that she was in Gautham Menon's next, it seems like she was talking about her film with Rana Daggubati [1] - not Ajith's!

Don't worry, I'm a big Thala fan too, and was hoping they did get paired! :( Universal Hero (talk) 17:01, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Thala Fan. And also see the Source Samantha is the Heroine in Ajith 50th film So Dont Delete it here are the Source.

And also see this video if u know Telugu *[6]

Dont delete it without proper Discussion in 'Samantha Talk page'.பென்ஞமின் 05:39, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

The article Ajith Kumar 50th film has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a film that has not even entered production yet. Please see WP:CRYSTAL, WP:FILM, and WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. VQuakr (talk) 10:56, 27 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's very difficult to enter all the Films of him because that only i have applied only hit movies. You canrt delete it without proper discussion.
Actually, anyone can nominate something for deletion. Thus, I added the template once again. Do not remove it until consensus is reached.
Also, I believe you were the owner of the account User:Brajbilla2007 and it's sockpuppet. You seem to be an Ajith fan... even though we all like him and his films, you must follow Wikipedia guidelines when editing articles. We've had multiple issues with you in the past about Ajith Kumar articles. I'm asking you not to make the same mistakes as before. If you want to edit Ajith Kumar-related articles, make sure you edit appropriately and follow academic and encyclopedic standards when editing articles. Wikipedia is not a fan page. Please consider these points when editing articles. Thanks. EelamStyleZ (talk) 20:52, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mankatha[edit]

Hey dear Asalajith (Benjamin?), look bro, it wasn't my intention to hurt you, and I just said in a positive way. Your English is really not good and it's very difficult to understand what you're trying to say, don't get me wrong and don't get angry, but this Mankatha article may very well be Ajith's most important wikipedia film article and it would be a pity if people wouldn't understand the text. Listen Benjamin, I'm here to help, I am just helping you and supporting you in editing the Mankatha article, ok? And I'm here for a very long time now, and I know very well how to design a (film) article and how not, so you needn't advice me!!! Let me clarify a few things,

  • 1) First thing, the film's name is MANKATHA and not Mangatha!!
  • 2) No flagicon in infobox!!
  • 3) No bolding of cast names!!
  • 4) Do you know the purpose of "ref names", do you know why ref names are used?? Ref names are only used, if the same link is to be reused again in the article, link that are used only once in the article, don't need a "ref name" that just messes up everything and is simply confusing!

I really don't know why in the world you reverted my edits! I just improved the article and corrected everything, and you know what, you reverted it back and made it a bad article again! I AM HELPING YOU MY FRIEND, I AM ONLY HELPING YOU!!! Please understand this first before accusing somebody!!

And not every user needs a user page, there is no such rule, but now I've decided to create one!! Thanks for comprehending and happy editing. Johannes003 (talk) 14:08, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ok brother, thanx for your corrections and also don't delete anything. If u r trying to correct Original English do it please. i'am not coming to disturb you and and make problem with you. And also dont make article ugly. Article must be all ways in Wikipedia style and colorful style that all can understand.. Ur user page looks good this not for ur userpage only for other pages also u must do this work not for ur pages only ok. Also U R Mixing all refs as one that's the problem. I'am in wikipedia for 4 and editing it 4 years. I also know how to edit understand it. Thanx for the clean edits and also help me dont delete my editis. I'll get online and fast news about ajith and his films. So i can update it to Wikipedia in its style. I think u will understand what am i saying. பென்ஞமின் (talk) 07:50, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You are continuously failing to follow Wikipedia guidelines[edit]

You were warned many times in the past to stop creating movie articles before they are officially confirmed and Billa 2 has not been officially confirmed. The actors haven't been confirmed and music director hasn't been confirmed yet. Almost everything written in the article is made up! How do you know that Nayanthara will be the heroine? How do you know Santhanam will act in the movie? How do you know that Nirav Shah and Yuvan Shankar Raja will work for the movie? NONE OF THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN RELEASED YET! Filming has only been PLANNED to start next year! ONLY create movie articles when all cast/crew information have been OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED. Everytime you create an unconfirmed article you are failing guildines outlined on WP:CRYSTAL. Since you are a fan of Ajith Kumar, you are also failing to follow WP:NPOV.

I urge you to read WP:CRYSTAL and WP:NPOV and fully understand them and FOLLOW them when editing/creating articles. Ajith Kumar may be an important star to Tamil cinema but not everything has to be about him here. Treat Ajith Kumar articles just like any other article on Wikipedia and give everything the same importance.

I've listed Billa 2 - The Chase Continues for deletion. Do not create articles about movies that have not yet been confirmed. EelamStyleZ (talk) 16:07, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a fansite or personal blog. If you continue to violate Wikipedia policies you may be blocked. —SpacemanSpiff 07:05, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hey i'm not in my hometown last few days so that only i can not reply your posts. In between this so many thing u guys have donned. Please note it that Billa sequel confirmed so that only i created the page. I thought that nothing wrong on it. if sequel mins same cast and crew will continue work on it. Will see, another official confirmation for cast and crew and other details will create the page with wikipedia rules. thanx பென்ஞமின் (talk) 15:13, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No, the movie is not yet confirmed. Learn the differences between a confirmed movie and an unconfirmed movie. Vishnuvardhan did not start working on it yet, he only announced his idea to do the movie with Ajith Kumar. EelamStyleZ (talk) 15:53, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hm.... Waiting for a official confirmation. After will create it. பென்ஞமின் (talk) 10:42, 1 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No, now nobody can create it because the Billa 2 page is salted, which means the page and title is locked to administrators only. This is why you do not create film articles before they begin shooting, never do this again! You seem to be a sincere contributor to Wikipedia. Please follow these rules correctly and your edits will be more appreciated. EelamStyleZ (talk) 03:55, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Wikimedia Community User Group Sri Lanka[edit]

Dear Asalajith,

Thank you for your contributions to the Wikimedia Projects. As a Sri Lankan editor, you are warmly invited to join the official Wikimedia Community User Group Sri Lanka and to subscribe to its mailing list, Wikimedia-LK.

The user group currently includes volunteers from Wikipedia and other projects, from the English, Sinhala, and Tamil speaking communities. It is the Wikimedia-approved platform for editors from Sri Lanka to enable wider collaboration, for both online and offline projects.

With your support, we hope to organize cross-project content improvement drives as part of online projects, as well as organize in-person edit-a-thons, training sessions, photowalks, and other such activities, in the near future. The ultimate goal(s) of these initiatives is to improve the overall coverage and quality of topics relating to Sri Lanka, as well as encourage new editors to join the Wikimedia community, while simultaneously empowering and retaining our existing team of editors.

There are no mandatory obligations for members who choose join the community, other than the usual editing rules for online projects, and the friendly space policy for in-person projects. You may also (or instead) subscribe to the mailing list, where any member could initiate discussions with volunteers across projects, notify members of events and meetings, stay up to date with competitions, organize your own events, and so on.

See you on board, and Happy Editing!

A tag has been placed on Eric Felberg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
