Directories and lists[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Please read WP:IINFO before re-adding any indiscriminate pieces of information to articles. The article can mention noteworthy performers, but a list of every performer at a festival is indiscriminate information. OcatecirT 05:27, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, these articles are wrong. Pointing to other articles does not validate making another article out of policy. We even have a article on that argument called Other crap exists that is frequently used in deletion discussions. Wikipedia is always a work in progress and hopefully those articles will be fixed in time. Please note that I am an administrator here, and while that does not by any means indicate that I know more than you, it does show that I am quite familiar with Wikipedia Policy.
