The above is a standard welcome message for new members. It is created by {{subst:welcome}} ~~~~ where the squiggly bracket mean it is a template, subst means to replace the template call with the expanded value when it is saved and the four tildes are replaced with my user name and a datestamp. Proposed deletion of Sparse representation of a number[edit]

Original research. The only refs seem to be on other topics, such as skew binomial heaps which do not work the same way. There are no sources for the main part of it and a search turns up nothing.

@Rosguill:I understand your concern and I'll rewrite this lead. Can you please tell me why the message appears here and not on the talk page. I doubt many people will care about this page. I meant, what are the axioms of Skolem arithmetic? Are they, all Peano's axioms, excluding those that contain the "+" symbol? Additionally, is the axiomatic system of Skolem arithmetic - finite?
