Clowns are scary

I did not need two warnings, thank you.Asklj;dkfj;klsdkj (talk) 16:41, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

  • Two people marked the page for speedy deletion at the same time, only one went through, but you got both warnings. It wasn't intentional. Lithorien (talk) 16:43, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Request reason:

I'm in the US Navy stationed in Bahrain and would like to update my own user page, however I am showing as an open proxy. I'm requesting an unblock so I can edit.

Accept reason:

Although this is a proxy, it does not seem to be an open proxy. Once again, sorry it has taken do long to sort this out. JamesBWatson (talk) 20:26, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

You will need to use the unblock information you see when you try to edit ... (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 16:58, 18 May 2012 (UTC)
Yes. We have can't do anything if we don't know what block is involved. The message you get when you try to edit will give the information we need, such as your IP address. JamesBWatson (talk) 20:41, 18 May 2012 (UTC)
Sorry about that. The IP address is 80.88.241.94. Lithorien (talk) 06:55, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
  • I've posted a request at Wikipedia:WikiProject on open proxies/Requests for a proxy check. It is clear that the IP address is a proxy, but I can't tell whether it is an open proxy. From what you say, it probably isn't, in which case it can be unblocked, but I would like help from someone with more knowledge about proxies than I have. Sorry this is taking so long to sort out, but I hope it won't be too much longer. JamesBWatson (talk) 19:29, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
