Problem with your user name

Welcome to the English Wikipedia, and thank you for contributing here. I see that you have an agreement with the French Wikipedia, but each Wikipedia operates under its own policies, so that agreement does not cover your editing here on the English Wikipedia. I hope we can figure out a simple way to avoid problems, since we really do appreciate your contributions.

There are two policy issues here. First, the English Wikipedia requires that each user account is for a single individual, not a group or a position, and we disallow user names that imply that the account is used by more than one person. Your user name is not in compliance, so it's likely that some administrator will block it. Ideally, we would ask that you (or each of you, if more than one is editing) create a separate account with a personal user name (WP:USERNAME), and then declare your association with the Archives (under the WP:PAID policy) if appropriate. That policy asks you to avoid direct edits to an article about the Archives itself but would not affect your edits to articles such as the kilogram.

Next, the language of the English Wikipedia is English. Therefore, your user page here should be in English. The reason we have user pages is to allow editors to communicate with each other about themselves. Feel free to use an inter-wiki link to your article on the French Wikipedia.
