Updating[edit]

Hi, just letting you know you need to check your population updates. You shouldn't change any figures unless you link to updated references. The references on pages you've changed still point to the 08 statistics, so the numbers cant be readily verified. Cheers Clovis Sangrail (talk) 12:36, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. The 09 estimates should come out within the next two months from the ABS, at which stage *all* the numbers will need to be updated. But until then, varying them from the cited source - especially when no reliable source indicates any information since June 2008 as the ABS is kind of it in Australia - isn't helpful. A tag has been placed on File:MountCrispan.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article Mount Crispan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A Google Search has shown nothing the show that the name does exist, this seems more like a hoax.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Bidgee (talk) 11:31, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Steve Price (Queensland) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unreferenced BLP about a non-notable individual (a similar article about this individual has previously been deleted for the same reason)

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Keys43 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. Bidgee (talk) 12:11, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
