Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 83.233.165.97. This is not a shared ip-address in any way. I explicitly requested static IP from my ISP. It is also not in Norrland, which the ban claimed. That whole banned range (83.233.165.0/24) from my ISP bredband2 is located in Göteborg (https://www.ip-address.org/lookup/ip-locator.php?track=83.233.165.1), so I'm not sure how it got caught as being "serverconnect i norrland". -- Anka.213 (talk) 18:44, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Finger whistling moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Finger whistling, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe.
