Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 83.233.165.97. This is not a shared ip-address in any way. I explicitly requested static IP from my ISP. It is also not in Norrland, which the ban claimed. That whole banned range (83.233.165.0/24) from my ISP bredband2 is located in Göteborg (https://www.ip-address.org/lookup/ip-locator.php?track=83.233.165.1), so I'm not sure how it got caught as being "serverconnect i norrland". -- Anka.213 (talk) 18:44, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as your account is not blocked directly. What I suggest instead of another request is that you go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the directions there to request IP block exemption, which would work better. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:35, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I unblocked the IP range. You should be able to edit now. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 06:36, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Finger whistling moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Finger whistling, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 10:28, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
