Validity of the Bible[edit]

You raised numerous reasonable questions regarding the possibility that an all-knowing God would know of any changes to the Bible made after the writing of the individual books in advance. Such discussion has been a rather significant one in recent years, actually. I guess the best answer might be something along the lines of the old chestnut about how the Bible contains all that is necessary to lead a good life and obtain salvation, and that, presumably, even the most serious mistranslations/misstatements of it might not deviate markedly on those possibly few points involved in what is necessary, or, at least, if they do, individuals who are actively and honestly seeking the correct answers (whatever they are) would receive some sort of guidance along the right directions. But, as was said by someone else in response to your original comment, that is a subject probably best raised elsewhere, like with message boards or call-in shows. We are primarily an encyclopedia, and while it may well be that this particular topic is notable enough for an article here, I myself do not know of such an article.
