Just sayin'

You have the patience of a saint.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:42, 31 December 2013 (UTC)

I dunno! This guy infuriates me often! But he does quite a lot of good stuff, too, so I'm reluctant to actually do anything. –anemoneprojectors– 22:49, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
Well I admire your stamina in attempting to (repeatedly) point out the relevant policies and guidelines. The sourcing and attribution issues are particularly concerning; the lack of communication is just plain frustrating. Oh, and Happy New Year! Cheers, --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 22:57, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
It doesn't ever sink in. I might as well give up. But that's probably what he wants. –anemoneprojectors– 23:54, 31 December 2013 (UTC)

Potential help

I was wondering if you'd be able to potentially help me with something, considering your stance as an admin and contributor to the Soap Opera project. I've been having a bit of issues with another editor over an article (based upon our consensus about cast years) and said user is in an attempt to continue reverting and violating our consensus on that page to further their own liking and how they view things. This editor has a long-standing history of edit-conflict and is in fact a sockpuppet that was given a chance to stay. And they were told in past to stay off my talk page and not speak of me at all, and they've gone against both of those in the past. And I was wondering if you'd be able to look into it to see if any possible repercussions could take place. I've opened several ANI's over their actions and behaviors within articles, and all have been closed without what I feel to be closure. And I was wondering, as an admin yourself, if you'd be willing to discuss with me about this subject? livelikemusic my talk page! 21:46, 27 December 2013 (UTC)

I can try - if there's an edit war going on then warnings should be issued. What's the article? I can help keep an eye on it (though I'm currently slightly backlogged on my own watchlist). –anemoneprojectors– 23:23, 27 December 2013 (UTC)
Ah I found the recent discussion on ANI, am reading through it. I'll add List of One Life to Live cast members to my watchlist. WP:DRN does sound like a good idea, though I've never got involved there before. I see discussion is ongoing as well on the list's talk page! –anemoneprojectors– 23:29, 27 December 2013 (UTC)
It goes beyond that discussion, though. This user holds a long history of editor-conflict and signs of owning pages. And they were told to stay off of my talk, and twice in the past month they've violated that and have talked about me (to me thinking it wasn't me), which goes against what another admin advised them against or they've once again be banned. And I think after chances, it's finally time this user be made accountable for their inability to remain civil. livelikemusic my talk page! 00:05, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

Anyway you could also look at this sockpuppet. They're a habitual sockpuppet with severe issues with following rules. livelikemusic my talk page! 15:38, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

Looks like the same user to me. I'll leave it to an admin who deals with SPIs, though. Sorry, I'm a bad admin! Oh by the way, when you want to re-start the investigation, you should use a pre-loaded page by going to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations and typing in the master account name under "How to open an investigation", rather than edit the existing page directly. Not sure if that's what you are doing, but I noticed the archive page is broken and when I checked the history, it looked like you had edited directly. –anemoneprojectors– 16:35, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
Oh, OK. I didn't know whether we should just re-edit the previous one, or open a new one. I'll keep that in mind next time. Thank you! livelikemusic my talk page! 16:36, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
Yeah you open a new one but it loads in the existing page. I'm going to sort out the archive of that one. –anemoneprojectors– 16:38, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
Thank you so much. Was never told that. I appreciate it. :D Hope your new year is well, too! livelikemusic my talk page! 16:45, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
You too! Yeah it probably isn't that clear. At least you know now :-) I've put the SPI page on my watchlist as well. I'm surprised nobody else noticed it was broken. –anemoneprojectors– 16:48, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
Well, it's fixed now. Hopefully someone notices and takes care of it. Thank you! livelikemusic my talk page! 16:51, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

Help

I've just noticed User:Noreverts and User:Mumbojumbo1000 have created articles for several Coronation Street characters, with barely any development info beyond their list entries. I think the users are linked, since they are editing the same pages. Would you have a look for me and tell me what you think, before I consider opening an SPI? - JuneGloom Talk 20:54, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

Could be, though I'm a little too tired to look into it in more depth tonight, and I won't be around very much tomorrow either :S –anemoneprojectors– 23:54, 3 January 2014 (UTC)
Could you please move this to here, please? - JuneGloom Talk 18:56, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
Of course! I can move anything to anywhere ;-) –anemoneprojectors– 21:24, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jane Beale, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Waterloo Road (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Lomax family tree

Hi there,

I have been trying to get some help on the families trees as I have been making a page for the Lomax family of Hollyoaks. I saw the family tree work you have done and was wondering if you could help me with the making of one for the Lomaxes.

Cheers - #Soaper1234 (talk) 11:46, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

I can help you but as I've only just got back online, I don't know how long it will be until I'm free to do so. I have more than just Wikipedia to catch up on! –anemoneprojectors– 11:58, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

UK: How long does it take for divorces and annulments to go through?

I know that the UK has different laws from the US and (I'm assuming) you are American so you may not know, but how long does it take for an annulment and a divorce to go through? Kirsty signed her divorce papers and Roxy signed annulment papers sometime in December. How long does a divorce and annulment take? Arjoccolenty (talk)

(talk page stalker) Here is a rough outline of the undefended divorce procedure from start to finish:
  1. Filing of Divorce Petition & if necessary Statement of Arrangements for the Children
  2. Documents issued by Court and posted to the Respondent
  3. Respondent returns Acknowledgement of Service to the Court (if he/she does not you will need to consider Bailiff Service, Deemed Service or other options)
  4. Petitioner completes affidavit in Support of Petition and Request for directions
  5. A Judge will then consider all the divorce papers and if he/she is satisfied issue a Certificate of Entitlement to a Decree and Section 41 Certificate (confirming he/she is content with arrangements for any children)
  6. Decree Nisi is granted
  7. Six weeks later the application can be made by the Petitioner for the Decree Absolute.

From beginning to end, if everything goes smoothly and Court permitting, it takes around 6 months.
    BTW your assumption is wrong — I wonder why you made it.— | Gareth Griffith-Jones |The WelshBuzzard| — 23:27, 10 January 2014 (UTC)

Eastenders Episodes

Hi AnemoneProjectors

I was looking for Eastenders air dates and I came across your sandbox do you mind if I contribute to your sandbox? Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 12:57, 17 May 2014 (UTC)

Hey. AP has not edited since January and will probably not be able to answer this in a timely manner. I would hold off editing his userspace for now and hopefully he'll be back soon. - JuneGloom Talk 17:50, 19 May 2014 (UTC)
I'm back now, and will start catching up soon. You can contribute but I'd prefer if you wait until I'm all caught up on my watchlist, which could take some time! –anemoneprojectors– 15:25, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
@Kelvin 101: To be honest, I'd really appreciate some help filling in the missing upisodes on User:AnemoneProjectors/List of EastEnders episodes (2014)..... as the current year it would be my main priority right now. –anemoneprojectors– 11:02, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
Really glad you're back I have just filled in the director/writer and added any missing episodes for January. Can I ask how you get your radio times episode links becuase I am going off http://www.radiotimes.com/programme/cf2/eastenders/episodeguide but when I put an episodes page into webcitation.org its says theres no record of that page.
Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 18:43, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for what you've done already. Just adding writers, directors and episode numbers is a really big help. Don't worry about the Radio Times links now, because they're so far in the past that the pages won't actually confirm the date of an episode's broadcast, and I was thinking of removing them all anyway, but I've been putting them in in case in the future someone says the referencing needs to be better. So just to carry on as you've done is fantastic. Thanks! But the answer is probably that Radio Times changed their website somewhere along the line. –anemoneprojectors– 18:50, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
Can I ask where you find out it is was a double episode because I am going off the BBC site for airdates, it gives the air date and time it aired but not how long the runtime was. Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 15:51, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
The episode pages tell you the episode duration, just under the date near the top. If you can't spot it, then generally two writers means it'll be a double episode. Then if you look at Radio Times, those two episode numbers are probably missing from the list. –anemoneprojectors– 15:53, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
Please ignore last message I'm a dunce, If forgot its at the top of the page because usually I go right the bottom and look at the director, writer and airdate. Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 15:55, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
What do you think of this box for the episode page Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 19:43, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

Series Overview

I haven't been able to find a good series of colours. I don't think it needs collapsing. But this isn't a priority in the slightest. –anemoneprojectors– 20:01, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
Actually I might take on that colour scheme. Thanks for filling in all the 2014 episodes by the way, it would have taken me too long! –anemoneprojectors– 09:16, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
You're welcome I made the table collapsible so it wouldn't take up too much space on your talk page, thanks for pointing out that the overnight ratings are not actual ratings. Do you know how far the barb will go back wonder if its possible to find the 1985 viewing figures? Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 13:34, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
Oh yeah, good idea. Not sure the episode dates are needed as it's usually 1 Jan to 31 December! But can still go in, as it looks nicer. Barb only goes back to July 1998, unfortunately. I noticed you missed out an episode one day there were two on the same day, but it's all sorted now, it wasn't too much trouble. –anemoneprojectors– 13:39, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

Oh that's helpful, thanks! –anemoneprojectors– 14:04, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
If your having trouble finding episode synopsis then i found the old episode guide archived http://web.archive.org/web/20060820010447/http://www.bbc.co.uk/eastenders/eastenders/episodes/classic_content/classic19850219.shtml the only downside you need to change the date at the end of the url address. Thanks Kelvin 101 (talk) 21:41, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. I wasn't planning on adding synopses for old episodes at this time. –anemoneprojectors– 22:38, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

Gail McIntyre/Platt

I have reverted your move of this article again. And note that this time you did through full move protection which was designed to stop moving this article without a consensus, something you've now done twice. If you want the article moved please start a requested move on the talk page and get a consensus. Jenks24 (talk) 02:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

Sorry, I just saw that it was moved to the wrong title and was moving it back, I would have protected it myself as the correct title is Gail Platt, as that's the name she's best known by, per WP:COMMONNAME. A common sense move like this shouldn't really need discussion but I'll attempt one later. –anemoneprojectors– 06:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

Daily Mail

Actually, it's been discussed numerous times on how not reliable it is. There is this conversation about the reliability of the Daily Mail, and another one here about the unreliability of the Daily Mail, and this one about stopping the use of the Daily Mail. I think any magazine that calls itself a gossip source is not reliable. There was just an article by USA Today about how not reliable it is [1]. LADY LOTUSTALK 17:44, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

I would say in general it's not that reliable, but when it comes to coverage of The X Factor, it's always accurate. I watch the show so I know. –anemoneprojectors– 17:47, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
Then I suggest using a different source for any "X Factor" sources, Daily Mail can't be the only one. LADY LOTUSTALK 17:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
Sure, but do you have to remove the entire reference? Can't you just tag is as unreliable? –anemoneprojectors– 17:53, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
I could if you would prefer, but I don't see much difference between that and "citation needed" tag, it still boils down to needing a different reference, yes? LADY LOTUSTALK 19:30, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
Just leave it as it is with citation needed. –anemoneprojectors– 06:52, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Dear all who know me on here

Any important discussions or other things I should be aware of? –anemoneprojectors– 16:00, 24 June 2014 (UTC)

Hi AnemoneProjectors, good to see that you're back! There haven't been any major policy changes in the last few months that I am aware of, at least none that affect most users, anyway. On a more selfish note, though, this change happened during your break. :P However, I should probably tell you, given that you edit a lot of music articles, that in the past few months, many articles that used the musical artist infobox have been switched to infobox person instead; there has been a push to use the latter infobox and I must have missed the discussion that started this, if there ever was one (I'm still not sure what the guidelines on this are!) If you were already aware of this, never mind! Again, it's good that you're back; I'm very pleased. :) Acalamari 16:40, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. I think Infobox person is generally better and I was starting to think it was better to use that, so I'm quite happy with this change. Congrats on your bureaucratness :-) –anemoneprojectors– 20:41, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
WHEN you get yourself all combublated and settle back into the old routine on Wikipedia and are ready to edit again, the Beale family tree needs to be edited and we need a Carter Genopro tree. For the Beale family tree (and I don't know where these edits came from but apparently), Albert’s father was named Kenneth, he has a sister named Betty and Kenneth had a sister named Dolly (Albert’s aunt Dolly). And obviously, Lucy is deceased. Arjoccolenty (talk) 18:16, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
And the Carter tree, if it hasn't already been done :-) –anemoneprojectors– 20:26, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
The Carter family relatives are all on its page. The only one not there is Babe, and that is because she's Sylvie's sister, not Stan's. Arjoccolenty (talk) 02:10, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
I did a Carter family image but whoever started the article chose not to use it. –anemoneprojectors– 11:03, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
On GenoPro? There WAS a text family tree, but that one didn't reflect the changes (that Mick is the son of Shirley and a different Andy) Arjoccolenty (talk) 19:04, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
Yes on GenoPro - I just need to update it for Mick's true parentage. –anemoneprojectors– 19:07, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
I would put the family tree up on the page if I knew how to upload images. Arjoccolenty (talk) 19:19, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
Done. –anemoneprojectors– 09:17, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
What about marking people off as deceased. I'm not trying to add more work, it is just an observation of mine that I made. The only ones deceased are Kevin, Mark Reynolds and Jimbo. Also, Tina and Mark Reynolds weren't married and neither where Carly and her baby's father and Babe and Sylvie have been referenced as sisters. Arjoccolenty (talk) 21:05, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
I don't really like making people off as deceaesed, though I know I've done it in other trees. For example, Kevin Wicks might be dead "now" but he isn't dead when you watch the episodes he was in. Though Mark and Jimbo never appeared so it's different for them. As for those relationships, I agree they won't have been married though I don't think it's ever been stated, and Sylvie and Babe's parents probably were married. –anemoneprojectors– 07:55, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
So when you eventually do catch up, can you at least put Sylvie and Babe's parents as being married? Arjoccolenty (talk) 14:42, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
I've already done all three but not got around to uploading yet. –anemoneprojectors– 15:03, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
No time for the Carter family tree? Arjoccolenty (talk) 20:49, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
 Doneanemoneprojectors– 10:02, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
Now all we need is a new Beale family tree when you get the time to do it. Like I said before, Albert Beale's father's name is Kenneth (according to Civvie Street), his aunt's name is Dolly and his sister is Betty. Arjoccolenty (talk) 16:25, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
So Dolly Beale is Kenneth's sister and Betty Beale is Albert's sister? –anemoneprojectors– 18:44, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
According to the information I saw in the info boxes, yes. Arjoccolenty (talk) 03:51, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
Ok, so I'm now adding two generations above Albert! But the top generation is "unknown", though necessary to include Dolly. I'm also changing Rebecca to Fowler, and marking Lucy as deceased. –anemoneprojectors– 08:07, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
Did you see the news about Mick and Linda? Arjoccolenty (talk) 20:23, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
If it's to do with their secret that's due to come out, as far as I know it hasn't been in spoilers, and I'd rather not have it spoilt if people are speculating or it's leaked. The only news I can see is that Mick's going to show "dark aggression". –anemoneprojectors– 06:51, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
Episode has been aired so its no longer a spoiler anymore. But Mick and Linda aren't married. Arjoccolenty (talk) 20:17, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
I will update the family tree accordingly. –anemoneprojectors– 20:17, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

So does anyone out there know how to stop the image pop-up thing when I click on an image in an article? I just want to go to the image page like it used to. –anemoneprojectors– 09:58, 30 June 2014 (UTC)

No clue. I thought that it was a new Wikipedia update. Arjoccolenty (talk) 17:37, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. No need to answer if you don't know :-) –anemoneprojectors– 17:56, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Mo Harris

I'm leaving a message here cus I don't know how to do it the other way, Mo Harris has a granddaughter called Joanne, the daughter of her daughter Jean. Why do you keep deleting her from the page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 08:45, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

@Braveheart5050: The infobox should only list the most relevant information. For family members, we include any direct relatves (meaning parents, children, siblings and spouses). Aside from that, we only list characters that are relevant and important to the particular character in question, so for example, Zsa Zsa Carter shouldn't be listed as a relative in Mick Carter's infobox, because Zsa Zsa left long before Mick arrived, so they haven't had any storylines together, but Zsa Zsa is listed in Shirley's, because they appeared together and had a close relationship. So non-direct relatives who have not appeared as characters in the show, such as Joanne, should not be included in infoboxes. –anemoneprojectors– 08:59, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

But it is confusing because all her other children and great grandchildren are listed apart from Joanne, and Joanne is often mentioned in the show, okay for example why is Rebecca Fowler listed on Arthur Fowlers info box? And why is Vivienne Hobbs listed on Charlie Slaters info box but not on Mo Harris's info box when neither of them are direct relatives to her and both had an equal role with her. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 15:59, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

@Braveheart5050: (edit conflict) Sometimes characters are listed by people not aware of the guidelines that were put in place by members of WP:EASTENDERS. But just because Rebecca is listed in Arthur's page, doesn't mean Joanne should be listed in Mo's. If you think a particular family member should be included in a particular infobox, it's probably best to start a discussion on the talk page of the article in question. –anemoneprojectors– 16:09, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
I don't know how to do that why don't you just stop being awkward and let me put Joanne on Mo's page — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:13, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
If you don't know how to use talk pages, please read Help:Using talk pages first. I can't let you go against existing consensus. –anemoneprojectors– 16:16, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Also I don't like the fact that you removed Mrs Osman from Ali Osmans info box as she is a direct relative who appeared on the show on several occasions, but you left his uncle Ahmed on who BY THE WAY is not a direct relative and did not appear on the show? Explain that to me. Do you even watch EastEnders? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:05, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

I didn't remove Mrs Osman and leave Ahmed, I just reverted your edit. I do watch EastEnders, but did not watch it at the start, and was not aware that Ali's mother appeared, and it looked like you were purely adding a name of someone who hadn't appeared. If a character has no name but is just called Mr or Mrs something, then it's probably best to write about them in the appropriate list of characters first, then add their name in the infobox with a link. –anemoneprojectors– 16:12, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Neither did I but I watched clips, and her list of appearances was on walford wiki which is now closed down, loo up on YouTube eastenders episode 36 1985, it's towards the end I think, but why should Ahmed stay there because he never appeared and he's not a direct relative? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:33, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

I'll look that one up. I agree Ahmed shouldn't be included, and as Mrs Osman did appear, your edits should stand. –anemoneprojectors– 16:36, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
Mrs Osman isn't credited in that episode - do you know how far in she appears? –anemoneprojectors– 16:39, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

If your looking for her she's small fat and wearing a pink dress and doesn't say much, and another if Wikipedia should be so accurate why does Pats brother Geoff feature in Pats info box as I've never heard him be mentioned so should he be there? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:44, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

And is Billy Harris a real character cus I've never heard him be mentioned like his sister Jean (and niece Joanne) have been. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:47, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

There's a woman in a brown coat and headscarf I found in a couple of scenes, who I don't think speaks, she seems like she could be Ali's mother, but nobody in a pink dress that I noticed. Is there a reference to her being the mother? As for Pat's brother Geoff and Mo's son Billy, I don't know when they would have been mentioned, but they must have been at some point. Maybe we need to ask other people. I don't even remember Jean Harris or Joanne being mentioned, to be honest. –anemoneprojectors– 16:56, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
Don't forget that much of Mo and Pat's backstory was mentioned in a spin-off, so they might be mentioned in that. –anemoneprojectors– 17:03, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

When Lynne left she said she was going to stay with her "auntie Jean and Joanne" and Kat mentions on Zoe's 18th birthday that "cousin Jo and her lot can't be here but they send there love", and sorry I got mixed up yes that was Ali's mother because I saw her on walford wiki on her second appearance in a pink dress, I can't find it but when Ali left I think he left with his mother? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 17:13, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

I think it is pretty obvious though that she is his mother when she appears with his sister and is crying and is helped by Ali and Mehmet, one more thing I put on Alan and Kai Jackson's info boxes, Mrs Jackson (Alans second wife and Kai's mother) Mrs Jackson appeared in 2010 for Billie Jackson's funeral, she was with Blossom, Alan and Kai, she had short blonde hair, and why did you take away bill from Alan's info box as he was his grandfather? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 17:20, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

It might seem obvious to you that she's Ali's mother, but I think without it being explicitely stated, it's considered original research, and therefore not to be included in Wikipedia. I don't like the idea of including these "Mrs" characters who never spoke, weren't credited and weren't named. For all we know, Alan's wife chose to keep her maiden name. Grandparents are a generation away, so not a "direct" relative. –anemoneprojectors– 17:30, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

You think your so smart don't you? Who could that woman possibly be then if she wasn't Ali's mother? She was on Walford wiki as Mrs Osman and Alan's wife was on as Mrs Jackson, he even pointed to his wife in the episode and told Carol "I'm married". I have watched pats spin off Jimmy is the only brother mentioned, I have found no evidence of there being a Geoff Harris so until you let Joanne be on Mo's page:) okay,? That's how it's gonna be — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 17:39, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Walford Wiki's not a realiable source because anyone can edit it. They made the same assumption you have about this woman. How do we know she's not his favourite aunt unless someone said it was his mother, and called her Mrs Osman? We don't, we're just assuming, and that doesn't belong on Wikipedia. I remember the episode with Alan and his son and new wife (I added Kai to the list at the time), but as the wife was not named, she was not included. We don't list unnamed characters. Okay so Geoff didn't come from that spin-off. I don't know where he came from. I didn't add him so you'll have to ask on the talk page. And no, that's not how it's gonna be. Wikipedia policies and guidelines is how it's gonna be. Oh and please sign your posts, thanks. –anemoneprojectors– 17:47, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Right whatever I can't be arsed arguing with you, oh here's an idea maybe that woman was uncle Ahmed in drag-.-, you are just being pedantic about it when obviously that woman is his mother and no only the administrators could edit it it's easier to edit this than it was on walford wiki. Anyway I don't care any more I have a genuine question. On hollyoaks it is said that Myra McQueen has a brother called Jebediah is that true? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 17:54, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Admins are just people though, they're not reliable sources. They're fans of the show like you and me. I don't watch Hollyoaks - try User:Raintheone. –anemoneprojectors– 19:30, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Right what you need to understand is that we are equals you are not higher than me in anyway so wind your f'ing neck in, I went on to that persons talk page thing and edited cus the tramp deleted my edits k?:) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 07:26, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Braveheart we haven't said that admins are higher than you. AnemoneProjectors is trying to point out that you are editing against consensus which isn't allowed. There is a consensus on WP:EE to state that non-essential characters are not added to the infobox to prevent the infobox becoming too long. You are not allowed to edit against the consensus that has been reached which is why we're reverting you. As admins that's our job.
With regards to your edit on my talk page you should have clicked on "new section" instead of interrupting a template. You might also want to read WP:CIVILITY as I don't appreciate your attack 5 albert square (talk) 11:15, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Yes but what you don't understand is the reason I "interrupted your template" was because you deleed my edits so don't do it again and you won't have your templates interrupted, comprende?:) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 16:23, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

If you think reporting me is gonna scare me you have another thing coming lol, wise up and top being so immature reporting me to a robot isn't gonna do much, I haven't been threatening you you idiot don't be so sensitive — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 17:17, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Firstly I haven't reported you to a robot as AIV is manned by human editors. Secondly if you haven't made any threats then what do you call what you said above? Unless we let you edit against consensus then you will vandalize my talk page? I've reported you because you're being disruptive 5 albert square (talk) 17:23, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Oh how very naughty of me, get a life it had nothing to do with you, you just stuck your big fat nose into my business with thingy up there, you brought it upon yourself to change my edits and get involved, grow up you child! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 21:22, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

I see you removed my edits of Kevin and Rebecca from their grandmother Reenies info box I don't see why tho because they were with her that day they all appeared so she should be included! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 10:56, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Kevin and Rebecca probably aren't relevant to any character other than Suzy because they're incredibly minor characters, regardless of who appeared at the same time. Appearing at the same time doesn't make the connection notable. –anemoneprojectors– 10:58, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi there. Can you restore File:Ste Hay.JPG to the previous version please? The current one is terrible.Rain the 1 22:35, 18 July 2014 (UTC)

Big Brother 15

Hi, don't know what your thoughts on this are but it seems people keep saying that they should include eviction votes in a nominations table. See the 2nd column for Week 6 in Big Brother 15 (UK). --MSalmon (talk) 18:30, 17 July 2014 (UTC)

Oh like, when the three new ones vote to evict one person, that person should be listed as their nomination? What do you think about it? –anemoneprojectors– 21:53, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
Yes like that, it isn't a nomination though but a vote to evict. --MSalmon (talk) 21:40, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Yeah I agree. There were no nominations for tonight's evictions. –anemoneprojectors– 21:47, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Then explain that to everyone who puts it back--MSalmon (talk) 21:50, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I will if I spot it. I think it should say "no nominations" against everyone for Day 40 though, apart from the three power housemates, because there were no nominations. Kimberly and Helen weren't exempt from nominations because there were none. The others weren't nominated because there were no nominations. –anemoneprojectors– 22:04, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
It was like that in the first place but it was changed--MSalmon (talk) 22:09, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I know, I looked at it earlier today and it was how it should be. –anemoneprojectors– 22:11, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I agree, obviously they don't know what a nominations table is--MSalmon (talk) 22:14, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I'm not even sure the blue and yellow colours are needed. I expected to see Jale's killer nomination and Helen's pass to the final as notes. Something like, "As Jale received a killer nomination in week 1, she automatically faced the public vote and could not be nominated by her fellow housemates" and "As Helen received a pass to the final in week 1, she could not be nominated by her fellow housemates." –anemoneprojectors– 22:20, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I think that one is fine as it is for now --MSalmon (talk) 22:22, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
It is happening again! --MSalmon (talk) 17:05, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Don't get into an edit war though. –anemoneprojectors– 17:07, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
I'm trying not to but no one else is helping me! --MSalmon (talk) 17:08, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Don't forget the three-revert rule either. Someone helping you to revert isn't the way to gain consensus. –anemoneprojectors– 17:09, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Maybe we should look at the nominations table as a table of people named by others, so if it was a vote to evict rather than a nomination, then the name can still go there. Look at day 50 of Big Brother 6 (UK). –anemoneprojectors– 17:13, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Do what you want, I don't care anymore --MSalmon (talk) 17:16, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Yes you do. But it was fine for series 6 and 7 (etc) until now, so why change it? –anemoneprojectors– 17:34, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Well they should have been changed ages ago then --MSalmon (talk) 17:38, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
How do other countries deal with it? Is there any guideline in the WikiProject? Is that the place to bring it up? –anemoneprojectors– 17:47, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
The US is different as their fellow HouseGuests vote them out every week. I had a quick look on WikiProject but couldn't see anything specific about it --MSalmon (talk) 17:55, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Australia seem to do it with the names, I think, though I'm not totally familiar with the format. I can't see it gaining consensus to change, so we should probably just accept it, I reckon. –anemoneprojectors– 18:02, 19 July 2014 (UTC)

Idiot

I just wanted to let you know that you and 5 Albert square are doing an awful job with eastenders characters, full siblings have completely different family layouts than each other, some characters are on a relatives info box and when you click on that character, the character before isn't on their info box!! Just wanted to let you know that you are ruining Wikipedia for everyone else😊that is all. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 08:42, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for that. I think it's probably time you were blocked for your personal attacks. –anemoneprojectors– 09:05, 26 July 2014 (UTC)
Or, you could give examples of infoboxes that are wrong, so they can be cleaned up. Or you could clean them up. We are not the only people who edit these articles, and not every edit gets noticed. I was off Wikipedia for 6 months this year. –anemoneprojectors– 09:08, 26 July 2014 (UTC)
And actually, full siblings don't necessarily need the same family layouts - it depends on which other characters are relevant to their storylines. –anemoneprojectors– 09:13, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

I would hardly call that an attack lol I could say far worse (not a threat just an observation) and well yeah I could but every time I edit something you and your little friend change it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Braveheart5050 (talkcontribs) 10:14, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

Which character pages are wrong? You pointed out once before that Rebecca was incorrectly listed on Arthur's page before so I removed her. However I don't watch all the EastEnders pages 5 albert square (talk) 10:30, 26 July 2014 (UTC)

What do you want to report someone for? If it's vandalism, generally you should leave a warning on their user talk page, and if they don't stop, keep giving higher level warnings, and then if it gets to the stage where they've had four warnings but are still editing unconstructively, you can report them at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. –anemoneprojectors– 19:18, 31 July 2014 (UTC)

Who Do you Think you Are?

Hi Anemone! How are you? I just wanted to alert you about the changes on the page for Who Do You Think You Are? (UK TV series). Use SolomanMckenzie has started to edit the page and change the episode guide section. He has transformed each series into grids complete with episode descriptions. The problem with that, in my opinion, is that firstly, the descriptions are not written encyclopedically for Wikipedia and secondly, he has not added in the descriptions for all the episodes, but only a couple per series. I believe these descriptions do kind of put the page off balance. This is something that this user does like to do.

Ever since I have visited the page for the past six or seven years, the Episode Guide has always been a multi-column list. I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind reverting the list back to the old version. Thanks. 74.15.186.97 (talk) 06:05, 7 August 2014 (UTC)samusek2

Hi. I'm good thanks :-) I think the article works better in tables, and in fact I might change it to the official episode list template, but I don't think there's much need for episode descriptions. –anemoneprojectors– 08:03, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi Anemone. I saw the revert that you did to my edit on the page. I thought as stated above that you were not too keen on episode descriptions? What changed your mind? I saw that they weren't encyclopedical and the ones from the series that have been changed haven't all been filled in, (and don't know if they will be.) Will it clog up the page? I was just getting rid of the episode summaries because of what you sid. I'm sorry if I sound shocked. It's just a bit weird to see this Wikipedia page transformed so drastically in the space of two days and I want it to look nice and clean. I am not certain as to what you and other editors think is best for a page, if you can understand me.74.15.186.97 (talk) 23:57, 7 August 2014 (UTC)samusek2

Sorry, I had second thoughts about it. Having read them I thought it might be worth including at least a short description. I don't think it'll clog up the page, although it's going to be considerably longer than it was anyway. But it's probably worth discussing on the talk page, and if others think the descriptions can go/stay then I'll go with consensus. –anemoneprojectors– 07:52, 8 August 2014 (UTC)

Deletion of a redirect

I'm curious why you deleted the redirect Mike Parker (EastEnders). It didn't meet speedy deletion criteria as an "implausible redirect" since it was used at Michael Parker. The once useful link there is now a useless red link. It's really a trivial matter to me, but I'm more curious than anything else - it just comes across as if you were making an extra effort toward a goal that unambiguously detracts from the function of a Wikipedia page. MikeParker (talk) 17:27, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

My reason was that no EastEnders characters link to the list of past characters. The red links on that page should really be left red until the characters are included in a list of characters by year, for example, List of EastEnders characters (2003)#Mike Parker. Disambiguation pages are allowed to have red links, and I linked to the best article for now, but as someone who heavily edits EastEnders articles, I didn't want something to links from List of past EastEnders characters just to redirect back to it - it's red to encourage its creation as an article or section in the 2003 characters article. I hope that explains my reasons! –anemoneprojectors– 19:17, 14 August 2014 (UTC)
OK, thanks for the explanation. It still seems like creating one little problem to solve another little problem, but I guess it doesn't matter either way.  :) Regards, MikeParker (talk) 20:17, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

Hiya AP! Hope u ok. Any idea what's happened to Ben's images? Can you reinstate? GunGagdinMoan 21:32, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

Move request?

Hello I finally have a move request for you. I created Miss Rosa (fictional character) but think it should be moved to Miss Rosa. The latter is currently a redirect to a TV Network. It was originally a redirect to a TV show not even notable enough for an article. Seems like there is only one notable Miss Rosa and I created her. Can you do that? After all - hardly likely to be controversial.Rain the 1 23:51, 16 August 2014 (UTC)

Finally! I've been waiting ages ;-) Yeah I see no mention of "Miss Rosa" on the page is currently directs to, and nothing links to it, so I shall move your page. –anemoneprojectors– 09:51, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Please can you evaluate User:Arjoccolenty - they have been blocked previously and had a whole host of warnings (the user blanked their userpage) and today, as ever, they have proceeded to add mass unsourced data, lacking edit summaries and looking at a select few, were infact fake dates! They have been blocked previously for unsourced editing and appear to have taken no notice what so ever.Rain the 1 20:03, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

I know that I fucked up in the past big time, but this time around it wasn't me who did all of the citing. My sister hacked my account because we got into an argument and began to spam pages out of spite. I only just realized this this morning when she smugly asked if I had been permabanned from Wikipedia. I know I have a lot of strikes against me for screwing up pages in the past and you probably won't even believe me because I am in such bad standing, but as long as I get this off of my chest I'm fine, whether or not you decide to block me from Wikipedia or not. I'm changing my password so this doesn't happen again. I don't even know how she got my password but she did. I'm taking steps so that if I don't get permanently blocked from Wikipedia, this will never happen again. Just my two cents. If I get permablocked, I get permablocked. I really am remorseful for what I did in the past due to being immature. Arjoccolenty (talk) 20:15, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
@Arjoccolenty: You mean Wikipedia:My little sister did it? :-) Well I suppose I can give you the benefit of the doubt for now but if your account continues to add unsourced content, you will receive further warnings and you may well be blocked, regardless of who did it. But @Raintheone: please do issue warnings where necessary and let me know if it continues after level 4 :-) –anemoneprojectors– 20:58, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
Asif you believe that blatant doggy do. Did your sister have control over your account when you did it on other August dates and in the months leading to this? You need reporting in any case because as you freely admit, your account is compromised and I have seen temp blocks for that alone.Rain the 1 21:12, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
No. This is the only time that it happened. I know that I did some pretty heavy-handed editing in the past because of sources I grabbed off of the internet, but this time it wasn't me. Like I said before, if I am permablocked, then I am permablocked and will never edit again. You don't have to believe me and I don't expect you to believe me either. If you report me, then that is the end of it. But if I am blocked, at least I leave knowing that my screw ups in the past is what brought me to this place anyway. I'm sorry that I did what I did and only ask for forgiveness for the screw-ups that I did. Arjoccolenty (talk) 21:54, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
Ok. You are convincing enough. I will leave it be.Rain the 1 22:11, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
Since I issued the latest warning, I just wanted to weigh in quickly. Like AP, I'm willing to give Arjoccolenty the benefit of the doubt too, but I won't hesitate to issue further warnings if I see more disruptive editing. @Arjoccolenty: Just make sure you keep your account to yourself in future. - JuneGloom Talk 22:51, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

Valid Sources for British programmes

Hi Anemone, how are you? I know that you must be very busy but I was hoping that I could ask for some advice. I was wondering what you deemed valid sources when finding airdates.

I've been editing programme pages for shows on ITV and the BBC for a while now. This week, I was editing the Through the Keyhole page wanting to add the new episode. I saw that they were using British Comedy Guide as their source material and other editors in the past have told me in the past that it wasn't the best source. I tried to suggest Radio Times or Digiguide as alternatives and then listings from the network's Press Office as I've seen many editor's use as sources, but the user plainly rejected both suggestions saying that Digiguide was unreliable and Press Office info was not admissable for public use. However I have used both those types of sources for the past few years and they have been accepted by most programme page editors. I was advised by the Teahouse to write a new subject on the programme's talk page wanting to know other editor's viewpoints on what constitutes a reliable source for upcoming episodes. I was wondering if you had a preference when it came to sourcing. I also should mention that this unregistered editor I am having a disagreement with is a proponent of WP:NOTSTATS and WP:OVERKILL and gets rid of unnecessary episode guides.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I just needed some reassurance that I am thinking the right way when it comes to sourcing. Thanks in advance! 173.179.185.186 (talk) 20:42, 29 August 2014 (UTC)samusek2

Hi there, I'm good thanks. I always use Radio Times and I know many articles use it, so that should be fine. I'm not aware of Digiguide, but I would say the Press Office is fine to use as well. I know the BBC's press office is fine, so why not ITV's? Hope that helps.. It's no bother, anyway. –anemoneprojectors– 21:38, 29 August 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for the help. If it isn't a bother, could you write something on the Through the Keyhole talk page as the user 86.172.40.147 is not budging and was a bit rude to me earlier in the week and I would like to get another editor's backing on the subject of sources so I can prove my side? This user is also deleting a lot of episode guides to not only quiz shows, but also other programmes like travel shows. 173.179.185.186 (talk) 22:02, 29 August 2014 (UTC)samusek2
I can do, though I don't watch the show myself and am reluctant to add the page to my watchlist. I don't know the reliability of comedy.co.uk, either, so maybe I'm not of much help, but I can certainly say that Radio Times is reliable, and there's no reason we can't use the press office either. –anemoneprojectors– 22:17, 29 August 2014 (UTC)

Eastenders Building Addresses

Hi AnemoneProjectors not sure if you can help me with this or not I have noticed that in Eastenders that the

  • The Laundrette is is classed as 3 Bridge Street but it says 73 on the door image here

any ideas why this is?

McQueen Family Tree

Hi there, I was wondering if you could do me a favour, I do a lot of work on the Hollyoaks page especially on the McQueen family, there is the generation of the family on there but no family tree image, there was a family tree made years ago but it was very basic, I had heard that you do family trees and I'd be really gratefull if you would do that and post it on the page? I'm not sure if you watch Hollyoaks or not but all the information is on the page I would really appreciate it, thanks if you can. User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 20:02, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

I don't watch it but I will try, though not sure when I'll get around to it, sorry :-) –anemoneprojectors– 20:12, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

Ok thanks anyway User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 22:39, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

@Ziggyroscoe: I've started, since your message reminded me and I couldn't have done it last night. It seems complicated! I may have some questions. For example, do we know if "Unknown McQueen, child of Reggie and Marlena" (parent of Jennifique) is male or female? Why doesn't Phoebe has the last name Ashworth? The fact that Kathleen and Myra both had children with Billy, and Tina and Mercedes both had a relationship with Russ, and Theresa and Carmel both had a relationship with Calvin, could potentially make this very messy. I'll upload it when I've finished and you can check it for mistakes, if that's ok. –anemoneprojectors– 08:49, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

@User:AnemoneProjectors Yes it is quite complicated, as for Jennifiques parent, were not sure but for the short time Jennifique was in it only her mother was ever mentioned so possibly female? Phoebe dosn't have the last name Ashworth because by the time she had changed her name, Rhys had already died so she just changed it to McQueen to be like the rest of her adopted family. If you could upload it to the page when your finished that would be great thank you:-), do you have any idea when it will be done? User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 15:45, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for that, I was just curious really, about Phoebe. I can use a question mark for Jennifique's McQueen parent. I've got all the family in, but just need to clean it up. Billy Alexander and Calvin Valentine are really making it awkward! –anemoneprojectors– 14:51, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

@User:AnemoneProjectors Ok thank you!:-), and yeah Billy and Calvin were horrible characters anyway lol. User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe, 16:01 , 11 September 2014 (UTC)

@User:AnemoneProjectors sorry I don't mean to hound you but have you finished it yet? Thanks User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe, 16:47, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

You don't need to ping me on this page by the way. Not yet as I'm trying to do other things too. Would it bother you/others if I put Kathleen McQueen after Reenie? It makes life much easier. I don't think I can do it otherwise without it either being too messy and confusing (or even impossible to understand), or really massive with lines all over the place. –anemoneprojectors– 15:54, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
Or another solution is to include Billy and Calvin twice. You think that'll be ok? Would be the neatest option, I reckon. –anemoneprojectors– 16:02, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

No that's fine do what you need to, the only thing is I would like Billy to be kept as one so it will show Theresa is Jacqui and Mercedes' half sister, but as for Calvin and Kathleen do whatever you need to that's fine, thank you! User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe, 17:06 11 September 2014 — Preceding undated comment added 16:07, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

I'll upload it then when it's finished and you can see what you think. These McQueens are worse than the Brannings in EastEnders!! –anemoneprojectors– 16:23, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Thank you. Lol I know! They're not as bad as the Dingles in Emmerdale though, that would take all week! User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 17:35, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Don't worry I won't lol User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 17:45, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

One last question. There don't seem to be many marriages (most I've put as unknown relationship), but are there any divorces? –anemoneprojectors– 16:48, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Mercedes divorced Russ, Victor divorced Sarah, Jacqui divorced Aleksander, Carmel divorced Calvin (but then remarried him), Kathleen, Myra and Reenie never married their children's fathers, Marlena is a widow, Mary never married, and it is Unknown about Louis' relationship with his sons mother. User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe, 18:03 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Thanks, I'll have to finish it tomorrow now. –anemoneprojectors– 17:09, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Ok no problem User:Ziggyroscoe User_Talk:Ziggyroscoe 18:35, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Oh AP. Half of the characters this editor is referencing never even appeared on-screen. Original Research. Smacks of it. =[[[User:Raintheone|Rain]] the 1 22:02, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
Really? So is the article McQueen family not accurate? For EastEnders I've included any character in the tree that had a mention and we know how they fit into it, so the same can apply here - not appearing on screen is kind of ok. –anemoneprojectors– 22:09, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
I do not believe it is accurate. The problem is that there have been IP contribs over time adding crap to the article - plus many other McQueen and Ashworth articles many fakes were added. The two family sets seem to be a HO favourite for vandalism. There are some McQueen's I have never heard of and I do not think I have missed that many episodes of the show. I have not missed an episode since 2010.Rain the 1 22:52, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Bill Alexander was involved in an add storyline which made Mercedes, Jacqui become sister to their cousin Thesera. The problem being it was never referenced on-screen ever again and with Kathleen and Billy being such untrustworthy and conninving characters - was it even true.
  • Jennifique McQueen only appeared in Hollyoaks later. She did not disclose parentage enough to determine anything. Same with Louis McQueen.
  • Phoebe Jackson was taken in by Rhys and Jacqui - they became her legal guardians.
  • Jacqui refused to adopt Rhys' second name Ashworth in the series but later in the year ended up being credited Ashworth for a while. But this was never referenced in the show and she remained McQueen.
  • Phoebe felt left out of the family (following Rhys' death) and became a McQueen.
  • I do not think Bart McQueen ever delved this deeply into his family history. I doubt this a lot. I know he did not like that Victor remarried Joan. But Sarah and Mary. EHHH?
  • Russ was married to Mercedes - they sleep around on Hollyoaks so he got Tina pregnant.
  • Porche and Celine are new characters yet to appear. Proof that the article is a load of cow shit.Rain the 1 23:04, 11 September 2014 (UTC)

Mary and Sarah were both mentioned, Louis mentioned hat his father was ALSO called Louis and that he was Myra's brother, Reenie was mentioned in the article where Porsche and Celine were announced and she was said as being Myra's sister. are you not doing the tree now AP? User:Ziggyroscoe User talk:Ziggyroscoe, 08:02, 12 September 2014 (UTC)

Even if your not going to post it AP please put it on here and I can save it I just want to see it? Thanks User:Ziggyroscoe User talk:Ziggyroscoe, 08:24, 12 September 2014 (UTC)

I see you didn't have anything to say when I proved the existence of Louis and Reenie! User:Ziggyroscoe Usertalk:Ziggyroscoe 16:24, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

Reporting me for bullying? Where? I do not know you and bullying is a personal thing to do so I can assure you that is not the case. I took issue with the McQueen family article only. Nothing was proved as no links were placed on this page for me to verify anything. An IP address added Khloe into the article for a number of years and caused quite a problem on the article. It has been semi-protected a number of times as a result.Rain the 1 21:28, 13 September 2014 (UTC)
In addition - how do we know Reggie is Reenie's father? We just have to be sure. That is all I am thinking about. A more accurate article makes people believe in Wikipedia a little more.Rain the 1 21:33, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

She is the middle child between Kathleen and Myra and he is there father, so I took it as being quite obvious? [if you have any other ideas I'll add them [User:Ziggyroscoe]] User talk:Ziggyroscoe 09:54, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

Cheryl Cole

Hi, I see that you share my opinions on referring to Cheryl as "Cole" (i.e. the name she acheived the most success under and is widely known as); do you think we should lock (or protest for pages to be locked) any necessary pages to prevent people from changing it back and forth? I have just changed everything back to Cole on the X Factor 2014 page and I hope it will stay that way. Other pages we should monitor are her main page, any of her singles, anything X Factor-related, anything Girls Aloud-related, etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.149.219.17 (talk) 23:35, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

James Bay (disambiguation)

Hi there, just a quick note on your edit to James Bay (disambiguation), could you clarify why you changed back the title of the wiki link to the raw title of the page? The text is now repetitive 'James Bay (singer), a British singer-songwriter.' Is there a requirement that disam links need to be the full page title? I was just trying to avoid this as it's not a neat description, the alternative is to change his description to musician or other synonym I suppose. Thanks! Not urgent, but when you eventually come back

What is your position on including question marks in a character profile verses just adding a single year. On Roxy Mitchell's page, we don't know when she and Sean divorced but she and Aflie got their annulment in 2014 (though people argue that is original research, I thought the show said that they ended their marriage in 2014). So should we use (2008) and (2013) or (2008–?) and (2013–?). I vote for the question marks. 96.238.63.200 (talk) 04:01, 14 November 2014 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) AnemoneProjectors isn't likely to be back any time soon. However, you have already already received a response from @Gareth Griffith-Jones: regarding this. To add dates would class as original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Unless Wikipedia has a policy change, that response will not change. You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
