June 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Paranoid (Jonas Brothers song) has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bzshare\.net\b (links: http://www.zshare.net/audio/60044363104046e5/).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:57, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Return the Favor. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. MS (Talk|Contributions) 14:25, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Not Anymore. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. MS (Talk|Contributions) 14:34, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Break It Off, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Stop adding download links or else you will be blocked. MS (Talk|Contributions) 16:25, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:Katy_Perry_TeenageDream.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Katy_Perry_TeenageDream.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. feydey (talk) 16:58, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Shonetelle Perfect-Nightmare.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Shonetelle Perfect-Nightmare.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:17, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Andy, while we appreciate your contributions to the new Avril Lavigne article, Goodbye Lullaby, this album has not yet been released (nor has it been officially announced), and thus a wikipedia article should not yet be created. However, there is currently a "Goodbye Lullaby" article being created as a sandbox article so that it may be moved to article space once the album has obtained notability. If you are still interested in making contributions to this article, please visit this article and make your edits here. Any contributions to this sandbox article will be greatly appreciated (such as the partial tracklist you included in your previous edit). Thank you very much for your time. =D ~ [ Scott M. Edit summaries[edit]

Hello, AndyGET. I appreciate your work on List of albums released in 2010. Could I also ask you to use edit summaries more often though? It's not always clear what you're doing, or why. For example, I don't know why you made this deletion. Also, your recent edits where you "Added in an album" could have included a mention of the album or band. Things like that help the rest of us (and you, too, if you ever need to look at the article's revision history) know which revisions included which change. That's especially useful since this particular page is so large, it always takes a minute or more (on my computer, anyway) to open up. If I can skip opening it altogether, it's a plus. Thanks, — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 08:32, 4 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Failed Verification tags on List of albums released in 2010[edit]

Why did you remove the Failed verification tags again in this edit? You didn't explain why, and it's hardly clear, so I have to ask. Those three albums have refs that do not fully support the release dates being claimed. The Tank ref is the worst, as it's mostly an empty page for Durrell Tank Babbs on Facebook, and has nothing to do with any album, and contains no dates of any kind. I hope you can provide some explanation for the tag removal, but if you can't, please stop removing the tags. They're there to encourage somebody to find useful, supportive refs. — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 02:40, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Davidguetta little-bad-girl+taiocruz+ludacris.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Davidguetta little-bad-girl+taiocruz+ludacris.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 15:38, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
