Hi. I'm concerned that the only source on the article is the organization's own website which may well be accurate, but can't necessarily be said to be independent. The sources I'm looking for would be for facts in the article, not necessarily everything there. For example, a section begins with the statement "ECOLAS has recently received a grant form the European Union...". Great - is there a source from the EU that can confirm? Maybe a press release or news article? That's the sort of thing I am looking for when I asked for references. Even adding a few should be enough to remove the references tag - and, given that the organization appears to be notable, I'm sure there's something out there. - Those are two good references, on the surface - I admit I have not had a chance to read them in their entirety, but they appear to support the points they reference. You might add any press coverage the group has received, either as inline citations or as additional references. The article still could use some work, but you've made good progress.
