Request reason:

I have been affected by a block of a range of IP addresses. Even though I have created a personal account and logged into this, I cannot make any edits. I am having to use my 4g connection on my mobile in order to make edits, including editing my user talk page. Algc505 (talk) 12:21, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You will need to tell us the IP address involved(not your mobile one) so we can look into this. If you do not wish to give it publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to provide it privately. 331dot (talk) 12:46, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
