The issue with the list of city flags is not the size in bytes, but the number of images. It makes the page load very slowly or not at all on many browsers/computers; it has completely frozen my browser twice so far. On top of that, the article is supposed to be about cities but you're adding flags of many villages and other places that aren't cities. Also, where are you even copy/pasting this content from? What's with all the Dutch? As for the disambiguation pages, you can't dump links and expect others to clean them up. Please make sure you're here to build an encyclopedia. That just leaves a trail of broken links in the hope that another editor might notice them and be kind enough to mend them. This point also applies to non-dab pages. Acre is an article about a unit of area; the article about Brazil is Acre (state). When adding new wikilinks, editors must check that they have the correct target. The FIOD uses it because of a national government visual identity, though all other government agencies except ministries and the armed forces also use it. It just happened to only be on the page for the FIOD and not on the pages for other government agencies.
