Welcome!

Hello, Alexceltare2, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as General Mobile, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on General Mobile requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Disambiguation link notification for May 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dongxing, Huanjiang County, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Spring Festival (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Information icon Hello, I'm ViperSnake151. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Flagging of EF Education First page[edit]

Hello. I'm getting in touch to talk about your recent flagging of the EF Education First page. I'm happy to go through the COI process. I've disclosed my employer and COI on my own page from day 1 and would be more than happy to discuss that in more detail with anyone who approaches me as part of that process. However, I fail to see how the flagging of the EF Education First page is justified. I understand your annoyance at me for rolling back a change you implemented, and I definitely should have come to chat with you here instead of doing that. I apologize for being maladroit. It wasn't malicious. I've always tried to engage openly and in following with Wikipedia guidelines. When I make a mistake, it's an honest one, and I apologize as I'm doing here. As I see it, the EF Education First page is short and factual, well-sourced, and has been extensively edited by non-EF affiliated editors. I'd like to understand why you see it otherwise. K8bell (talk) 08:30, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • You don't understand how Wikipedia works. If an article is written like an advertisement, by an employee or from paid sources, it needs to be flagged accordingly, no matter how high quality it may be as this is in violation of Wikipedia's policy of neutrality. So please, unless someone from an external source edits EF's article, don't touch the tags as you will make it worse for yourself.Alexceltare2 (talk) 16:44, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • The article wasn't written by me. I have no idea who wrote it, or if that person had any association with EF. I keep an eye on the article to prevent vandalism and unvalidated claims (as your initial edit was), but I don't edit the page myself. I believe I'm following the guidelines and I do not think the EF page is written like an advertisement, nor does it deserve to be flagged. If you're not willing to discuss the flagging further, I'll be glad to request mediation by another editor.K8bell (talk) 12:23, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

April 2022[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to PC game, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. -- ferret (talk) 18:39, 16 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

December 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at PlayStation 5, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. -- ferret (talk) 23:04, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Alright buddy, you need to calm down when reverting my edits done in good faith. Alexceltare2 (talk) 00:30, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Very calm! But good faith doesn't mean that unsourced edits will stand. -- ferret (talk) 00:54, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Same Sex Marriage Template[edit]

Too soon. Note, from personal experience, I haven't run into anyone who is a common editor on that template who wouldn't love to see that template have *many* more entries on it, but we are definitely trying to keep it accurate. Also, I don't know if it goes into immediate effect when the king signs it. If not, it should be added with a * after it until it goes into effect.
