Just as a note...the strongest storm of a particular season is determined by minimum barometric pressure, not maximum sustained winds. While Michael had winds of 100 knots, Sandy had a lower pressure. TropicalAnalystwx13 (talk) 17:07, 21 November 2012 (UTC)

Dating maintenance tags[edit]
Hi Alexander1257,
Thanks for adding maintenance tags where needed. I just wanted to inform you that the dates are for when the tags are added. This is so that editors know how long the tags have been there in order to priortise referencing, but also to help in adjudicating whether the claims should be removed as unverifiable (i.e., when they've stood challenged for so long but no one has offered a source). My point is, you shouldn't "update" the dates to the current date, but should keep them at their originals. Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
