This image came about a research work for the article Blackpool Tower on the german wikipedia I made in 2012. If I mention this right the image was in this article:

It is reachable there http://www.istructe.org/webtest/files/06/06d9a55a-d69d-4ce3-82e5-2a034fe790c1.pdf as PDF document.
