A general inquiry

Hi AgadaUrbanit,

I thought I should say hi on your talk page, as I wanted to make a comment directed at you personally. You seen to have become quite involved in editing pages related to Falun Gong. However, based on my interactions with you, it seems that you are not very familiar with the topic, the relevant literature, or the notability of different sources on the subject. If you would like to contribute long-term, I can give you recommendations on some books and journals to read, and advise on which ones are most suitable for which topics (for example, James Tong knows nothing about Falun Gong theology, but is an excellent source on the apparatus and organization of the persecution campaign in the early 1990s, and to some extent on the organization of the group.) I think if you can get through a few of these important pieces of literature, you would be in a better position to contribute to these pages. Best, Homunculus (duihua) 00:27, 16 February 2012 (UTC)

Florence Brudenell-Bruce

I guess I'm probably a little out of line on Florence Brudenell-Bruce. I think my main concern is that the article not read like TMZ or Entertainment Weekly or the National Enquire. TMZ is one of my "guilty pleasure" yet I think Wikipedia should be a little less "trashy". But maybe I took it too far? Should we maybe reconsider some of the stuff I reverted / deleted? =//= Johnny Squeaky 16:41, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
