At least some of those accounts have been made by Ijaaz Ebrahim himself; others may have been created either by him or by one or more others working with him. It doesn't actually matter which of those applies, because either way the accounts have been used in violation of Wikipedia's policy on abuse of multiple accounts. It is also clear that all of the accounts are not here to contribute constructively to the encyclopaedia, but exist solely in order to abuse Wikipedia for promotional purposes.
