Grammar & composition:  

1. Add information or delete the sentence "There has been lots of research done on that topic".
2. On the last sentence you may want to fix "might be not beneficial " Example: may not be beneficial

    Other comments:  

1. Adding more bullets under "the benefits of cubicles" can be more beneficial but not necessarily needed .
2. If it can be found, a link to an outside page or Wiki page can be beneficial.
