I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. Your edit of Ink Master (season 3)[edit]

Your note: "Contestant progress: Highs and Lows are solely based on tattoo artists that return to see the judges" Not if you go back to the previous seasons Wiki pages. There are multiple episodes where people were listed high/low that were not recalled by the judges. The statement actually said 'The contestant was given a Honorable mention'. It does not specify, nor should it, that the contestants received the ranking based on judge recall. It merely refers to artist who received glowing commendation for their work, even if they were not top of the challenge. I do think your view is correct and I plan to change the wording so it reflects this thought. Kevintampa5 (talk) 02:15, 8 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
