Thank you.

A tag has been placed on The Lift at Juniper Street, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of The Lift at Juniper Street and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 15:35, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from The Lift at Juniper Stree, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. WuhWuzDat 15:40, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Brandywine Realty Trust. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. WuhWuzDat 15:42, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article The Lift at Juniper Street has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

By the creator's own admission, there are currently no reliable sources establishing this building's notability. Expectation that someday such sources will come up (no matter how likely) simply means that one has to wait for them to actually come up before a Wikipedia article can be created.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 16:36, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

August 2010 (continued)[edit]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with The Lift at Juniper Street. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:23, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Brandywine Realty Trust. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:31, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cira Centre. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:33, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you use Wikipedia for advertising, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. I have examined all of your editing history, and it is clear that your only purpose in editing Wikipedia is to promote Brandywine Realty Trust. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:35, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
