Information icon Hello, I'm AssumeGoodWraith. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Giles Coren, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. - AssumeGoodWraith (talk | contribs) 08:18, 21 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

@Firefly: I've cited multiple reliable sources. Please let me know which you think is not suitable. 77.89.144.66 (talk) 12:05, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 77.89.144.66. This "IP Address" It's my workplace. I've edited Wikipedia just fine in the past. I don't understand what a web host is and I find it bizarre that an "IP address" associated with it would be blocked. 77.89.144.66 (talk) 11:57, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

To put it very simply, a web host is a way to conceal your actual IP address. Many workplaces use them for security purposes, but editing via a webhost is not permitted because vandals and spammers use them to evade detection and blocking. 331dot (talk) 12:28, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
