January 19[edit]

Hi! I reverted your edit on January 19 as any changes or additions to days of the year pages now require citations and any that aren't are being reverted, please see WP:DOYCITE. The guidelines were changed due to the high number of errors and the number of links to articles with no or little reliable sources. Any names or events added before these guidelines were implemented are currently in the process of being referenced or removed. All events added should also be the subject of a specific article as per WP:EVENTDOY. If you'd like to find out more, please see WP:DAYS. Suonii180 (talk) 07:57, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

do you mind reminding me what i edited? 2e4yr (talk) 14:00, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies, I've only just seen this as I don't have your talk page on my watchlist. You can use Template:Reply to when replying to comments so that whoever you're replying to gets a notification. You can check the edit revision here. To see any changes or revisions to articles you can go to the view history tab near the top of the page. I also noticed that you removed an entry from July 12. I was unsure if it was because it was unsourced or if it was mistakenly removed when you edited the entry above it, don't worry if it's the latter, I've readded it with a source. It's helpful to provide edit summaries to let other editors know the reasons behind any edits. Let me know if you have any other questions, Suonii180 (talk) 01:36, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
i already remember what it was, it was that israel assassinated a terrorist somewhere, and thanks for fixing the july 12 situation 2e4yr (talk) 04:01, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted your addition of an unsourced date of birth to Michelle Borth. In addition to Wikipedia's basic principle of citing sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources), a special need for citations applies with regard to elements of a biography of a living person (WP:BLPPRIVACY). Feel free to add a date of birth when it is accompanied by a citation to a reliable, published, non-primary source. Eddie Blick (talk) 02:05, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Just out of curiousity, what is considered a "reliable" source? 2e4yr (talk) 03:58, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please see Wikipedia:Reliable sources. It should help to answer that question. Eddie Blick (talk) 02:23, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Charlie Park requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I'm not done editing that page 2e4yr (talk) 08:15, 25 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't put pages in mainspace that don't meet the criteria for inclusion - use draft space for preparing them. Deb (talk) 09:33, 25 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
