@Minhngoc25a: This user has been hopping IPs for the better part of a month to evade blocks. See the edit history at Jim Sterling, WP:Sockpuppet investigations/TheFreeGene, and User talk:Oshwah § Recurring transphobic vandalism from static IP. The only reason that this is a "final warning" is because I'm not going to waste an admin's time reporting an IP that's only made one edit.
