2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Do you really think I am going to open myself up like that? Clearly no body likes anything I say so you you really think I am going to post a [nick]name & open myself up to "Hey, <name>, you are an idiot!" comments? You must really think I'm stupid.

Look at the board....you know exactly what I'm talking about - I am CLEARLY being attacked & your comment on that very board makes me out to be the bad guy! Yet you want me to post a name? I may have forgotten to or didn't know how to before but do your really think I am going to now?

Maybe I am not being clear! Do you REALLY think I am GOING to sign my name WHEN I AM CLEARLY BEING ATTACKED? My name will NOT be revealed when I am being attacked!

You really need to chill out. Typing in capital letters is considered yelling which is regarded as disruptive or uncivil. Secondly, your IP is there anyways; User:SineBot automatically signs unsigned posts, but it's good practice. Third, no one's attacking you. Not sure where you got that.
