You have an open unblock request. No need to use the admin-help template. In fact, it's abusive of you to do so. A new admin will be along eventually to review your request. I also see you continue capitalising the first letter of every word, even after you've been told not to. This will count against you in your unblock request. It is difficult to fully understand what you write, but the following facts seem clear. You are here to use Wikipedia to publicise something, apparently some music. You don't seem to grasp the fact that doing so is contrary to Wikipedia's policy against promotional editing. You have posted several unblock requests, none of which has given any indication that you understand the reason for the block, and they give every impression that you wish to be unblocked so that you can continue to do the things which led to the block. No administrator is ever going to unblock you in that situation, so such unblock requests achieve nothing apart from wasting people's time which could have been employed more fruitfully on more constructive tasks. You are free to post another unblock request which actually addresses the reason for the block, but if you post more of the kind of thing you have posted so far then your talk page access is likely to be removed to prevent more time-wasting, and very likely the length of the block will be increased too.
