If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

First I did provide an edit summary. Please notice (from the page history) the page size increased. Please also use the difference tool to look at the changes that were actually made. The intro or lead is supposed to the summarize the contents of the article, I moved the information into the body of the article, and expanded the article text.
