Do not remove the tag and do not add back the copyright material. The tag is for identification and removal of the copyrighted material by an administrator after which you may remove the tag. Please stop moving Draft articles to Mainspace. You do not have new page reviewer rights, you are not following the approved process and you are promoting articles that are clearly not ready. Although a different incident altogether, I see Velella mentioned something about you not have new page reviewer rights and taking certain actions, I share their concerns, you optimized drafitify wrongly today, an article is sent to draft when it may be mainspace worthy but needs little work, but you do not drafitify an autobiographical Promotional article, you either prod, use CSD or AFD.
