David Yanofsky is a professional journalist, trained designer, self-taught programmer, and amateur printmaker.

He's the product of suburban Boston, Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis, and Bloomberg, where he created interactive stories for its web sites, television stations, radio broadcasts, and magazines (and helped sue the Fed).

Currently he's creating data driven and visual stories for Quartz. On Twitter he's @YAN0.
