Wvivoni was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, but has lived most of his life throughout the world. He's lived in Puerto Rico, Germany, Portugal, and in the United States in Los Angeles, California, New Mexico, Texas, Northern Virginia outside of Washington, DC, and Delaware.

He has been an Wikipedia author/editor since January 2006. Most of his contributions have been to articles of Puerto Rican athletes, politicians, military personnel, and famous people. His overall goal is to show the world of all the greatness that has come from Puerto Rico.
