Why I decided to contribute to wikipedia

My project for wikipedia is to make something i feel very strongly about- Breathing Coordination- known and findable for a wider pubilc. This includes creating articles about the pioneers and practitioners of Breathing Coordination as well as updating articles that are related to breathing. I strongly feel that this is in the interest of a larger public, since we breathe every minute of every day and yet know so little about what is going on in our bodies.

Since the field is still relatively new, it is not easy to find reliable sources for some of my subjects. It will take some time and patience, but I love the experience and the new knowledge that comes along with writing and editing on wikipedia.

The article about the founder of Breathing Coordination as a method, Carl Stough is in review, I hope for some constructive feedback!
