Vipin Goyal Dr.Vipin Behari Goyal is an Indian author. His many English novels based on Philosophy have been published. Presently he is practicing law in Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.He worked as civil servant of Rajasthan Accounts Service in Rajasthan Government.
