Paradox theory and organizations

Oxford dictionary defines Paradox as "a statement containing two opposite ideas that make it seem impossible or unlikely, although it is probably true." A paradox is used to describe contradictory ideas that exist simultaneously. Their simultaneous make them seem irrational. Classical paradoxes include the [paradox] where when one says "I am lying" it means that if they are really lying, they are telling the truth, which means they are lying.
