My name is Steven Rich. I live in Panama and have published many articles about Panama in newspapers, magazines, blogs, websites, and online articles.

My first article is titled "Panama Real Estate" which covers the Market Trends beginning when Panama was first considered a "real estate boom" by the global media in 2006 through 2015. I also explain the types of ownership along with important information regarding condominiums, mortgages, title insurance, escrow, the government's Public Registry, and real estate taxes.
There is a potential Conflict of Interest in that I included some of my published articles as sources which I think are neutral, relevant, and reliable sources. Of the 115 citations, 9 of them are different articles I published online. I am not being paid by anyone to write this article and I do not work for a law firm or real estate company or property developer or any other real estate related business.
More than 6 years ago, I worked as the Marketing Manager for Panama Offshore Legal Services and I left that firm in June of 2009. I no longer have any relationship with them. However, I have cited several of their real estate related articles published in Panama's only English newspaper called The Visitor which is a printed newspaper and is online and has been publishing since 1994. I also included articles from other Panama law firms to balance the article.
