St.Pauli Stockholm IS (Sports Society) is an association, a football club and a Swedish supporter club of the German football club St.Pauli Hamburg and was founded in 2012 by a couple of football nerds from Stockholm with the philosophy of "Football is more than a sport, it's more than life, it's football"[1] Earlier, the association had a team in the league system but now they have only one local league team.[2]
The club has also collaborated with the Red Cross and hired football fields and perform soccer practices with the refugees in order to make everyday life better for people who have had a hard time. The goal is to start a team in the Swedish league system with refugees.
