Biography[edit]
Rostyslav Sipakov is a seasoned construction and real estate professional focusing on developing climate-proof, energy-efficient, easy-to-maintain buildings, pollution prevention, disaster risk reduction, and data analysis.
He is the founder and CEO of CoastalQuant, Inc. and SVP4U Project Management in Miami, Florida, which provides business consulting services in sustainable cities and human settlement development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Before starting his own business in the U.S., Rostyslav held senior leadership positions at construction companies in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Rostyslav holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering Science.
As an affiliated researcher for the Kyiv National University of Architecture and Construction, he speaks at scientific conferences and publishes his ecological safety and sustainability research.
Rostyslav is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Environmental and Water Resources Institute of ASCE, Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI), IEEE Computer Society, Construction Management Association of America, and other professional industry networks.
