LiquidHub Inc.[20] (known as LiquidHub) is an American multinational corporation that offers engagement services. Founded in 2001[21] as a systems integrator and technology consultancy, LiquidHub has its operations in North America, Asia, and Europe, with its headquarters in Wayne, Philadelphia. LiquidHub later ventured into engagement solutions that combines business, design, and technology.

History[edit]

LiquidHub was, founded in 2001 by Jonathan Brassington (CEO), Leighton Yohannan, and Robert T. Kelley (Chief Development Officer). LiquidHub started off as a digital integrator partnering with businesses to fuel digital transformation. It began focusing on the healthcare and financial services industry, specifically banking and asset management companies, before expanding into to other industries.[22]

LiquidHub has seen fast growth since 2001, and featured in Forbes America's Most Promising Companies 2015[23][24][25]. In its ranking, Forbes cited LiquidHub’s approach to digital innovation and transformation in digital integration, customer engagement, and IT consulting services.

Systems Integrator

Founded in 2001, LiquidHub strengthened on its deep expertise in enterprise architecture and sophisticated technology integration to grow as a leader in the business (ref recent Forrester mention). Over the years, LiquidHub has evolved, their background in architecture and integration has remained at the backbone of the organization.

Digital Customer Engagement (2010- 2014)

In 2010, LiquidHub began to focus on customer engagement by expanding their solutions around social integration, mobile development, CRM (specifically Salesforce), Cloud and Infrastructure, Media, Marketing Operations, and innovation labs.

Engagement Company

In 2015, LiquidHub began to focus on expanding research and design capabilities. It added Experience Strategy and Design, Human-centered Research, Journey Mapping, Personas, Advanced Analytics, and Business Intelligence. The acquisition of Annik, a global data management, and analytics solutions company in December of 2016 brought advanced analytics and insights to LiquidHub establishing them as an end-to-end engagement company.

LiquidHub provides digital strategy, research, insights, creative and UI, content, architecture, development, data, and media[27] to various industries such as asset and wealth management, banking, commercial, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, and retail.

The company employs over 3000 employees[28] and has its offices in Atlanta, Bangalore, Boston, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Warsaw, Wilmington, apart from its headquarters in Wayne[29].


Marketing, branding, and identity[edit]

In 2015, LiquidHub launched a new brand identity and refreshed its positioning in the marketplace establishing itself as a provider of engagement solutions[30]. LiquidHub's focus on branding and marketing of its customer engagement solutions is presented in the unique design of its new logo that has two entwined infinity symbols, representing user experience and technology solutions and the endless possibilities that transform engagement with people[31].
