Flanderville

Flanderville was a small town located in Northeastern Iowa that was an independent country for a brief period of time in the early 1900's. The town seceded from the united States in 1937 when the town founder, Quendelton Lannister, was arrested for public urination. Angry at his lack of freedom of expression, he convinced the entire town to join him in a bold revolution to rebel against the untied states. Unfortunately, Quendelton was suddenly assassinated by a political enemy. A local goat was elected to be the new leader. The goat, affectionately named Mr. Mittens, quickly gained absolute power and ruled Flanderville with an Iron Fist as an oppressive socialist republic. Mr. Mitten's Dictatorship lasted 20 years, in which he systematically genocided everyone in the town.
