Participants vary, thus traditional members are the United States (United States Navy and United States Marine Corps) and six Southeast Asia nations: Brunei (Royal Brunei Navy), Indonesia (Indonesian Navy), Malaysia (Royal Malaysian Navy), the Philippines (Philippine Navy), Thailand (Royal Thai Navy and Royal Thai Marine Corps) and Singapore (Republic of Singapore Navy).
